Hi, I’m Lorraine “Lolo” Santos—movement specialist, yoga teacher, and retreat facilitator. Over two decades I’ve woven strength training, yoga, mobility, breathwork, and nervous-system regulation into a way of moving that is intelligent, compassionate, and deeply effective. I work with women across seasons—returning to movement, navigating perimenopause, rebuilding after stress or injury, or simply craving a steadier, stronger relationship with their bodies.
What we do together is simple and sacred: lift with good form, breathe on purpose, mobilize what’s stuck, restore what’s tired, and listen to the cues your body has been whispering. You’ll be met with clear coaching, thoughtful progressions, and the kind of accountability that feels like care.

You’re also welcome in retreats and circles that invite quiet listening, shared practice, and grounded action—a gentle return to remembering your own center.
