Sacred Synthesis is a 6-night immersion where the jungle, the sea, and the medicine of the land hold you as much as anything we could offer. Surrounded by dense rainforest and the warm Caribbean Sea, you’ll be invited into a slower rhythm—one that gently draws you back into presence and connection.
Each day unfolds with intention, beginning with grounding practices that awaken the body and settle the nervous system. From quiet mornings beneath the trees to time spent along the water’s edge, the experience is designed to support both expansion and integration.
Through ceremony, somatic exploration, and intentional space for reflection, this retreat offers an opportunity to soften, recalibrate, and listen inward. The work is woven throughout the days—never forced—allowing transformation to unfold naturally and in its own timing.

No prior experience with yoga, breathwork, or plant medicine is required—only a genuine openness to arrive.
Your Retreat Includes
• 6 nights accommodation in a lush eco-retreat nestled in the heart of Puerto Viejo, where jungle and sea surround your experience
• Locally sourced, organic meals served twice daily—primarily vegetarian, with optional animal protein available
• Sacred plant medicine ceremonies, including 2 Ayahuasca journeys and 1 cacao ceremony
• Hapé ceremony offered in a grounded and intentional setting
• Daily embodied practices including yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing
• Integration sessions and closing circles to support reflection, processing, and deeper completion
• Post-retreat group integration call with facilitators to continue the work beyond your time in Costa Rica
• Human Design exploration, including group discussion and a personalized take-home chart with extended content
• Closing beach bonfire celebration to honor the journey and shared experience
• Optional excursions and adventures, including snorkeling, surfing, waterfall hikes, kayaking, cacao farm visits, and Bri Bri cultural experiences
• Group return shuttle with Pacuare rafting adventure
• Additional healing sessions available, including Kambo offerings
• Experienced facilitation team and support staff holding a safe, intentional container throughout the retreat

You’ll be staying in a thoughtfully designed eco-retreat nestled within the vibrant landscape of Puerto Viejo, where nature is not just nearby—it’s part of how you live throughout the week.
Open-air structures, warm wood tones, and tropical surroundings create a space that feels both comfortable and deeply connected to its environment. Mornings may begin with the sounds of birds overhead, while evenings settle into the steady rhythm of the jungle.
This region of Costa Rica carries a distinct energy—colorful, untamed, and alive. With the Caribbean just minutes away and lush greenery in every direction, the setting offers a unique blend of vitality and ease that naturally invites you into a different pace of living.
Whether you’re resting in your room, gathering in shared spaces, or simply taking in the atmosphere around you, the environment supports both quiet moments and meaningful connection in equal measure.

In addition to our curated retreat experience, there are opportunities to explore further or simply enjoy additional rest during your time in Puerto Viejo.

**Full Payment is due 60 days prior to retreat start date
Rooming Arrangements:
Single occupancy includes a private room and bathroom (unless otherwise noted).
Shared occupancy accommodates same-gender guests per room, depending on your selection. If you select a shared room without specifying a roommate, we will do our best to pair you with a same-gender participant.
Friends & couples may request to room together.
