Sacred Adventures Retreat

Where Ancient Wisdom Meets Wild Nature

Sri Lanka

September 19- 26, 2026

Sacred Adventures Retreat: Sri Lanka

Step into the living heart of Sri Lanka, a land where ancient devotion, daily ritual, and wild nature move as one. Over eight days, we journey through a carefully curated Sacred Adventure that blends movement, cultural immersion, and soulful exploration—inviting you to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the rhythm of the land itself.

Each day unfolds with intention, beginning with morning movement and breathwork to ground and awaken the body before stepping into sacred landscapes shaped by centuries of prayer, tradition, and reverence for nature. From mist-covered highlands and temple-lined pathways to untamed landscapes and coastal horizons, you’ll experience Sri Lanka as both a teacher and a mirror—guiding you into deeper presence, curiosity, and connection.

Through embodied practices, moments of ritual, and immersion in Sri Lanka’s living spiritual culture, this retreat offers space to soften, recalibrate, and listen inward. Movement, meditation, and time in nature support the nervous system while allowing insight and integration to arise organically, without force or expectation.

As we travel together, you’ll be nourished by conscious cuisine, shared experience, and intentional moments of solitude designed for reflection and integration. Whether through quiet mornings, ocean-side rituals, or evenings of connection and storytelling, this Sacred Adventure invites you to move, remember, and return home with a deeper sense of alignment and aliveness.

Accommodations

Inland Sanctuary — Central Highlands

Our inland retreat setting is immersed in rolling hills, jungle pathways, and the quiet rhythm of nature. Surrounded by tea country and sacred cultural sites, this environment offers open-air practice spaces, peaceful walking paths, and thoughtfully prepared meals designed to nourish and restore.

Rooms are simple, warm, and rooted in Sri Lankan design — offering comfort without excess, and space for rest and integration after full days of exploration.

Coastal Integration — Southern Shore

For the final phase of our journey, we transition to Sri Lanka’s southern coast for three nights of ocean immersion and spacious integration.

Our coastal stay will be a boutique property within walking distance of the sea, selected for its calm atmosphere, natural beauty, and proximity to swimmable beaches.
