Somatic Breathwork & Embodied Movement
Supporting nervous system regulation, strength, and integration.
A space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build steadiness that carries into daily life.
What is Somatic Breathwork?
Somatic Breathwork is a guided, body-centered practice that uses breath and awareness to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and deeper connection to self.
Rather than forcing change, you’re invited to meet sensation, release stored tension, and allow clarity and steadiness to emerge—at your own pace. This work emphasizes safety, presence, and integration so the experience doesn’t stay on the mat—it carries into daily life.
Movement Coach and Somatic Breathwork Practitioner
I’m Lolo and for years, I’ve supported people in building strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies. Breathwork has added a deeper layer to that work—helping regulate the nervous system, process emotion, and reconnect with what the body already knows.
My approach blends grounded guidance, embodied awareness, and practical integration—so this work feels supportive, honest, and lived-in.
I guide this work because I’ve lived it.
And because I’ve felt what shifts when the body is actually listened to.
