Lolo Santos is a movement guide, retreat facilitator, and Somatic™ breathwork practitioner devoted to helping people reconnect with their bodies, their hearts, and the wisdom within.
With more than two decades of experience in movement and fitness, Lolo brings a rich background in yoga, strength training, Pilates-based movement, and functional mobility. Her journey through competitive athletics, personal healing, and deep self-inquiry has shaped a deeply embodied approach to wellness.
Through yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement practices, Lolo helps individuals regulate the nervous system, reconnect with the body’s natural intelligence, and cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves.
