Somatic Breathwork and Embodied Movement
A space to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and come back to steadiness.
Movement Coach and Somatic Breathwork Practitioner
I’m Lolo, and for years I’ve guided people through movement—helping them build strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies.
But underneath that, I started noticing something in myself.
My nervous system was often “on”—managing, pushing, holding everything together.
Breathwork added a deeper layer to that work.
Not by forcing anything,
but by creating space to actually feel what was happening in my body.
Space to slow down,
space to respond instead of react.
This is the work I now guide—because I’ve lived it.
And because I’ve felt what shifts when the body is actually listened to.
What is Somatic Breathwork?
Somatic breathwork is a guided, body-based practice that works directly with the nervous system.
Instead of trying to think your way through things, this work invites you to slow down—
to feel what’s actually happening in your body,
and to release what’s been held there.
Through intentional breathing, the body begins to release stored tension, process what’s been held, and return to a more steady state.
Nothing is forced.
You’re simply creating the conditions for your system to soften, regulate, and come back into balance.
Over time, this doesn’t just shift how you feel in a session—
it changes how you move through your life.
What you may Experience
Each session is different, but people often notice a shift in how they feel in their body.
A sense of slowing down.
Less tension.
More space to breathe.
Sometimes there’s a release—physical, emotional, or both.
Sometimes it’s simply a feeling of being more present, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.
There’s nothing you need to force or figure out.
You’re just allowing your body to move through what it’s been holding—
and to come back to a steadier, more supported state.
Most people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected.
Breathwork can be experienced in several ways depending on the level of support and connection you're seeking.
